IF Protocol Hub

Privacy and cookie policy

How IF Protocol Hub handles hosting data, consent choices, analytics, advertising, cookies, and similar technologies.

Information needed to deliver the site

Hosting, content-delivery, security, and asset providers may process technical request data such as an IP address, browser and device information, requested URLs, timestamps, and diagnostic information needed to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the site. These operations are separate from optional analytics and advertising storage.

Consent controls

IF Protocol Hub is configured to use Google's consent management tools for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. On the initial message, visitors can consent or open Manage options. Inside Manage options, consent-based purposes and vendors can remain switched off before the visitor confirms the selection. When a previous choice is reopened for review or withdrawal, the consent interface presents consent, do not consent, and manage-options paths.

Open privacy and cookie settings to review, change, or withdraw a previous choice. If the consent interface is unavailable, this link remains on the privacy page and no consent choice is implied.

Consent defaults

Before a consent choice is available in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Google Consent Mode initializes advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization, analytics storage, functionality storage, and personalization storage as denied. Security storage remains available where needed to protect and deliver the site.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic and page usage. In regions where the consent defaults above apply, Analytics cookies are not written before Analytics consent is granted. The site uses the advanced form of Google Consent Mode, so Google tags may send limited cookieless signals while consent is denied. Those signals do not use Analytics or advertising cookies, but they may include technical information needed for consent-aware measurement.

Advertising

The site uses Google AdSense. The AdSense tag is also required to deliver Google's consent message. In regions where consent is required, advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization remain denied until the consent platform communicates an allowed state. Depending on the consent signal and Google policy, ads may be limited, non-personalized, or unavailable.

Consent storage and renewal

Google's consent platform records information needed to remember and apply a visitor's choices. The consent interface lists the relevant purposes and vendors. Visitors can reopen the settings from the footer or this page, and the site may request a new choice after material changes to its services, vendors, or policy.

Information you provide

IF Protocol Hub does not currently provide user accounts or a direct contact form. If you contact the maintainer through an external profile or service, that service handles the information under its own privacy policy. Do not send confidential patient, participant, unpublished, credential, or proprietary information.

Service providers

The site relies on third-party services for hosting, asset delivery, consent management, analytics, and advertising where those services are active. Public teaching images are delivered from the IF Protocol Hub asset domain using Cloudflare infrastructure. Each provider processes information according to its own terms and privacy documentation.

  • Consent from the initial message, or open Manage options and confirm a category- and vendor-level selection.

  • Reopen privacy and cookie settings from the footer to change or withdraw consent.
